In this workshop we will explore how to approach the canvas in a playful and intuitive way. You will find new ways to add your own expressive voice to your paintings by exploring several intuitive approaches to painting florals. This workshop is for new painters, professional painters or those just trying to find new ways to loosen up their work. Workshop is July 15, 9-4 with optional studio hours from 4-6pm.
Art Ministry Workshop for Women
We will gather loose flowers into a bouquet and learn to paint a floral from still life. This evening will be soaked in God’s Word as we learn to worship God through observing Creation and listening in to the creative voice we each have been given.

Learn the process of intuitive painting as you listen to the Holy Spirit. We will begin with prayerful movement, worship and bravely move paint around on a 24”x24” canvas with big, bold marks as we trust in His leading voice. It will be challenging, scary and so much fun!!

We are teaming up with the Women’s Ministry team to Create a unique heart painting and explore how deeply God designed and loves each of us deeply.
We will paint a canvas together and enjoy a wonderful guest speaker.

Intuitive Painting teaches you to listen in and create along with your Creator and overcome the challenges keeping you from embracing the canvas and the fullness God intended for you. These lessons don’t just relate to the canvas but carry over into all aspects of life. Paint free and live free by the power of the Spirit!
I’ll share my own creative process with you and some of the hurdles that I was able to overcome by embracing my sacred weird and allowing God to take the lead. We will paint 2 canvases together while practicing a variety of disciplines for spiritual and creative growth.

Begin the New Year by opening your heart and clearing your mind by introducing meditative techniques to help you hear God more clearly during your creative process. We will begin the day with a short session of Holy Yoga and reflection before exploring creative meditations of painting on silk. Each participant with receive 1 scarf and all necessary supplies.
